St. Mary’s County Small Business Hall of Fame
Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. now known as SAIC, was recently inducted as the charter entry into the St. Mary’s County Small Business Hall of Fame.
Formed in 1984 in St. Mary’s County, the firm grew to more than 2,900 employees, before it was fully acquired by SAIC. Its employees were known for their exceptional responsiveness to clients, entrepreneurial spirit, and business success, which they continue as SAIC employees today.
Alice Ballares, Ann Combs, Bruce Davidson, Judy Greenwell, Mary Hall, Sarah Holt, Georgie Marquess, Mary Mayonado, Vera McNamara, Todd Morgan, and Missy Roberts attended the award ceremony at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center as part of the county’s celebration of Small Business Month.
Morgan, a partner at EMA, said “We couldn’t have done it without the community support,”, praising his co-workers for their hard work the past 25 years.
